Fozruk is a neutral level 42 mountain giant found in the Arathi Highlands. He spawns at the Circle of East Binding and paths along the main road to the Circle of West Binding before turning around and heading back.
He is guarded by three kobolds of different "classes." Znort melees, Feeboz casts fireball, and Sleeby melees and casts healing spells.
Fozruk carries the magical rod which unlocks the Keystone in the Circle of Inner Binding.
