Franklin Jenner is one of seven ghosts found wandering Darkmoon Island, encountered when players are in their spirit form after dying. He can be found near the southwest area^{[40, 70]}

of the Darkmoon Faire, outside the Faire itself. Speaking with him will reveal the following (requires multiple interactions):

The war against the orcs, there seems to be no respite.

So many have died at my hands. I just wanted to escape those horrors.

I was promised I would never have to encounter the horrors of war at the faire.
