This potion is quite useful to flag runners in Warsong Gulch and for main tank and melee DPS on Lady Vashj phase 1 and 3.

This potion is also useful for Intense Cold, as long as you use it before you become stuck in place.

This potion is very useful for soloing Lord Valthalak (and his summoned minions) in Upper Blackrock Spire.
