As the blade struck home, the bear's great hide knit miraculously. Alas, this was no mere animal!
Frenzied Regenerarion is a handy self-heal for Bear form. Now at patch 4.0.1, that ability also increases the health of the druid by 30% of its maximum, as the OLD Survival Instincts (druid ability) did.

The Rage expense of Frenzied Regeneration (FR) is recovered by the Feral talents Primal Fury and Leader of the Pack.
Use FR when you are sure that you have a strong grip on the aggro. If you lose aggro while FR is in effect, using any Bear Form abilities other than Growl and Feral Faerie Fire will compete against it for Rage consumption.
Once triggered, FR will drain up to 200 points of Rage over the next 20 seconds. Unless you're making your last stand, be sure to have a full or nearly full Rage bar. Remember that you can, and often want to, right-click the buff before you run out of rage entirely. A Feral Druid is mostly likely to use this ability when he or she is low on health and losing more at a rapid rate.
FR creates a small amount of threat as well as healing you. It's not worth the cost in Rage for the threat alone.
Can crit on each tick. Unaffected by +healing stats.
