Frozen Power is a shaman talent in the Enhancement tree, available after spending 15 talent points. It increases the damage done of Frostbrand Weapon if enchanted on the main-hand weapon. In addition, Frost Shock has a chance to root the target for 5 sec. if it's more than 15 yards away.
