Fulgorge is a level 62 rare burster. It is the most common rare spawn on Outland (according to reports) and could be the first rare spawn new adventurers see on Outland. It has three paths he could spawn and patrol at:

The "path/ditch" between the Great Fissure and Hellfire Citadel in Hellfire Peninsula
In a circle, starting outside the Temple of Telhamat and moving to the west of Falcon Watch.
South of Honor Hold and goes directly west ending at fel orcs.
Has been spotted at ^{[52, 72]}
and ^{[34, 60]}

Although it burrows, you can instantly spot him due to the large amount of ground movement. Fulgorge is also much bigger than any other burster and has a large radius. It tosses rocks higher up in the air than a normal burrower and consist of dark red rocks.

It has the following abilities: Fulgorge has high DPS and a lot of health. It can move to an underground position (reappears usually behind the MT and starts to cast venom), volley DoT, and mortal strike.

It is part of the Bloody Rare achievement.

The NPCScan add-on will show Fulgorge, even if he is underground. You will not be able to target him if he is underground, but you will at least be alerted.

Trivia Edit

Like "Glacius" in the quest [69] Summoner Kanthin's Prize, part of the [68] The Archmage's Staff quest line, the name "Fulgorge" is likely a reference to the Rare fighting game series Killer Instinct. One of the fighters featured in the game series was a cyborg named "Fulgore".
