Fumblub Gearwind is a rare elite mechagnome circling the Geyser Fields of Borean Tundra in his flying machine. He flies low enough for players without a flying mount to attack him and upon doing so, immediately dismounts and attacks himself.
Killing this mob will award the 
Northern Exposure achievement.
