Gaffer Jacks can be fished in Darkshore [35, 44] along the coastline. They can be fished up with each successful cast, unless the line is inside a Lesser Oily Blackmouth School in which case they don't get fished up. My experience has been that they are hooked at a rate between 1 in 4 and 1 in 5 successful casts.
