Patch changes

Patch 4.1.0 (26-Apr-2011): Now applies to Pummel and Heroic Throw, giving these abilities a 100% chance to silence the target for 3 seconds. In addition, Gag Order lowers the cooldown of Heroic Throw by 30 seconds. Icon also changed. 
/ Patch 4.0.1 (12-Oct-2010): No longer increases Shield Slam damage, but reduces the cooldown of Heroic Throw. 
/ Patch 3.0.2 (14-Oct-2008): Added.
