Gan'zulah is the leader of the powerful Bloodscalp tribe who are at war with the Skullsplitter tribe.

When Gan'zulah's head is boiled in Nimboya's Bubbling Cauldron, Gan'zulah offers a quest to kill his enemy, Ana'thek the Cruel.
