Gankly Rottenfist is a level 65 mob located at Nesingwary Safari in the contested territory of Nagrand. His name is a reference to rogues, who are well known for ganking. He "ganks" Kristen Dipswitch while she delivers a bundle of skins to the camp, and is probably a reference to the forum trolls that would attack her on the WoW forums.
