Enduring Eye of Zul is a socketed gem crafted by Jewelcrafting. It requires a minimum skill of 450 and a [Simple Grinder].

Materials required: 1x [Eye of Zul]

The recipe taught by [Design: Enduring Eye of Zul], sold by Timothy Jones in Dalaran, and Inessera in Shattrath City for 4 Dalaran Jewelcrafter's Tokens.
