Gaxim Rustfizzle is a level 30 quest giver located at a small camp in Webwinder Path just southwest of Windshear Crag and in the contested territory of Stonetalon Mountains ^{[59, 67]}

. He, member of the Enlightened Assembly of Arcanology, Alchemy and Engineering Sciences, wishes to show the night elves that a blend of magic, mixtures, and mechanisms can help save their forests. He has it especially in against the Venture Trading Company.

He starts the following quests:
