Gelman Stonehand is a level 35 artisan mining trainer located in the Dwarven District in the human city of Stormwind. If you come over the bridge into the Dwarven District from Cathedral Square, then go north through the tunnel to the inside of the Dwarven District, enter the first house just north of that. He's straight ahead, right by Brooke Stonebraid, a mining supplies vendor.
