General goods are basic items usually needed for everyday survival including basic drinks, food, ranged weapon ammo and some basic profession or tradeskill tools. Vendors for these items can be found in just about every major city or village. Depending upon the specific vendor, they can sell a variety of items, including ammunition, food & drink, wood, bags, simple tools, and minor weapons.
