Genesis Trousers are a quest reward from the quest Genesis Trousers which starts with Kandrostrasz in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj in Silithus. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Kandrostrasz:
You must also have Friendly reputation with the Brood of Nozdormu.

Skin of the Great Sandworm drops off Ouro, the idols drop off creatures in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, and the scarabs drop off creatures in both the Temple and Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj. Scarabs can also be obtained from chests.
