Ghouls can be found in the Battle for Mount Hyjal.

Attacks and abilities Edit

• Melee - About 1.5k on plate.
• Cannibalize - When they go low on health, the ghouls will run to a corpse and start cannibalizing it, restoring about 7% of their health every 2 seconds, for 10 seconds.
• Frenzy - Increases the Ghoul's attack speed by 150% for a short time.

Can be shackled, trapped, or feared.
