Gillijim's Isle is an island in the South Sea off the coast of Stranglethorn Vale. It is a Jungle troll island that is currently not in World of Warcraft. But they appear on the World of Warcraft World Map released in 2006.

The island existed during the WoW alpha - however, it no longer exists in-game. Even though the location is currently empty ocean, the water in the area still bear its name on live servers. Fatigue will set in before reaching the area. However, one can confirm using WoW Map Viewer that the zone name in the area is Gillijim's Isle.
Gillijim's Isle was one of two islands located around this area, the other one being The Island of Doctor Lapidis. A name which is referenced in the item 
[Lapidis Tankard of Tidesippe].
