Gilveradin Sunchaser is a level 45 quest giver located on a hill just west of Quel'Danil Lodge in the contested territory of the Hinterlands. (26.7, 48.6) Although he is a high elf, he does not care about formal alliances and affiliation, and is on good terms with a pair of orcs in Orgrimmar.
