The Glacial Stone is a quest reward from the Alliance quest Raene's Cleansing (11) which starts with Krolg in Ashenvale.
Notes Edit
This weapon is acquirable at level 19, as the first part of the quest chain only requires level 18, and by the time you complete the whole quest chain you will only be halfway into level 19. Therefore, this makes an effective twink weapon for Alliance warriors and paladins.
