These Gnomish Tools were originally transported on Daelin Proudmoore's fleet. However the tools now rest on the ocean floor after the fleet was sunk.

This items can be found in Gnomish Toolboxes around the wrecked ships southeast of Razor Hill in Durotar.

Notes
Some of the toolboxes are found next to the wrecked ships. Some are inside the holds. Be careful when you go inside the ships to not run out of breath.
