Gobber is a hobgoblin first encountered upon the island of Kezan, down the hill from the KTC Headquarters^{[59.9, 49.7]}

. He is also encountered upon the Lost Isles, and serves as a banker at Shipwreck Shore^{[27.9, 75.8]}

, the Town-In-A-Box^{[45.4, 65.4]}

, and all the other areas he is met at. Later, once player goblins raise their level high enough, he can later be summoned as their [personal banker] at will.
