This item comes from a special loot card from the Fires of Outland set of the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game. To redeem the loot card's code you must visit Landro Longshot <The Black Flame> in Booty Bay.
Using the item creates a kettle of gumbo on the ground that anyone (even opposite-faction characters) click on. Each use creates 1 serving of [Goblin Gumbo] (unique); the kettle disappears after several minutes. Eating a serving of gumbo gives you a 5-minute buff that causes you to occasionally belch harmless green smoke (similar to Fiery Festival Brew). This may trigger while mounted or on a taxi. The buff is a poison effect. Although the servings of gumbo are unique, you can click the kettle, eat the gumbo that appears in your inventory, then click the kettle again to have another serving later.
The kettle has a one-hour cooldown. There is no limit to the number of people who can click the conjured kettle while it is active.
Stoneform removes this, even though it is a buff.
