A gold mine is a building from Warcraft III that was mined by the workers of the Undead, Humans, Orcs and Night Elves. Mining it gave you a higher level of gold, which is used to train units and build buildings. Some races have unique ways to mine gold. -Humans and Orcs: Repeatedly gather gold from the mine and bring it back to the town hall. -Undead: Haunt Goldmine, then allowing up to five units to collect the gold from it. -Night Elf: Entangle gold mine, absorbing gold out of it automatically without units.
