in Azshara, standing near Bombardier Captain Smooks.

After players blow up the night elf tower, he would prefer the flaming night elves not be shot and would rather let them burn.

Notes

"Don't shoot! Let them burn!" is a possible reference to a line in Saving Private Ryan when they are storming the beaches of Normandy, after a soldier uses a flamethrower on a German bunker.
