Using  [Gorishi Queen Lure] on it will summon waves of Silithid: There are 3 waves:

• 2 level  Gorishi Hive Guards
• 3 level Gorishi Hive Guards
• 2 level Gorishi Hive Guards and the level 56  Gorishi Hive Queen

The hive queen needs to be killed to get her  [Gorishi Queen Brain].

It has been reported that the guards can be pulled separately from the queen. A tactic that has been reported successful is to pull the guards into the tunnel, to avoid the room mobs that are likely to spawn with unfortunate rapidity.
