Grace is a talent in the Discipline tree, you will need to spend 27 points in Discipline to max it.
Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): This talent no longer decreases damage done to the target, but the duration has increased to 15 seconds and the healing bonus has increased from 2% to 3%. This affect now cannot be applied to more than one target at a time.
