A Greater Wind Stone is a magical artifact located in Silithus and guarded by cultists of the Twilight's Hammer clan. Until patch 4.2, they could be used to summon elemental nobles from the Elemental Plane.

Before Cataclysm-Logo-Small Cataclysm Edit

While equipped with the Twilight Trappings ([Twilight Cultist Cowl], [Twilight Cultist Mantle], and [Twilight Cultist Robe]), [Twilight Cultist Medallion of Station], and [Twilight Cultist Ring of Lordship], you could access this stone and summon one of 4 bosses:
