The Greengill Coast is inhabited by the physically-small Greengill Murloc tribe. The tribe has established a village along the coast where they have built many homes and huts. The Greengill Coast can be found on the southeastern part of the Isle of Quel'Danas.

Unfortunetly, the Darkspine Naga have invaded the murloc village and the Darkspine Sirens have mind-controlled the murlocs into their slaves. However, not all hope is lost for the Greengill tribe. Captain Valindria, who resides on the ship, Silvermoon's Pride in the harbor of Sun's Reach, offers a quest to adventurers to retrieve the orbs that the sirens use to control the murlocs.
