Greengill Slaves are level 60 murlocs on the Greengill Coast of the Isle of Quel'Danas. Physically they are very small. They have been mind-controlled by the Darkspine Sirens and Darkspine Myrmidon in the area and are now neutral to players.

When you use the 
[Orb of Murloc Control], the murlocs affected by it will attack the nearest naga. In this way you can get some help if you also are fighting the naga. If you use a AoE spell though, the murlocs will turn against you.
