Grelin Whitebeard

Grelin Whitebeard is a level 5 dwarf quest giver located in the dwarven starting area of Coldridge Valley in Dun Morogh. A Letter to Grelin Whitebeard is forwarded to him from Talin Keeneye for the second part of the quest chain Coldridge Valley Mail Delivery. Grelin was sent here by the The Senate of Ironforge to "investigate the threat posed by the trolls" in Coldridge Valley. He sets adventurers out to combat the Frostmane Trolls that are inhabiting the caves of southern Coldridge Valley, and has an absent-minded apprentice that accompanies him. Whitebeard's journal has been stolen by the Frostmanes, and he enlists do-gooders to help him get it back. After reobtaining his journal, Grelin finishes his report and - trusting the heroes before his bumbling apprentice - sends them off to his brother Senir Whitebeard in Kharanos with Grelin's Report.
He starts the following quests:

[4] The Troll Cave in which Grelin requires you to eliminate 14 Frostmane Troll Whelps.
- [5] The Stolen Journal in which Grelin has you go to the troll cave and slay Grik'nir the Cold in order to reobtain Grelin Whitebeard's Journal.
- [5] Senir's Observations in which you are sent to talk with Mountaineer Thalos before hazarding the Coldridge Pass.
