Grik'nir the Cold is a level 5 Frostmane troll found in southern Coldridge Valley in Dun Morogh. He is the leader of the Frostmane tribe that has congregated in the Valley.

Grik'nir possesses Grelin Whitebeard's stolen journal, and Grelin wants it back.

•   Frost Shock—Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 8 sec.
•   Frostmane Strength—Increases an ally's Strength by 5 for 3 min.
