Grimwing is a level 75 ghoul flight master at Acherus: The Ebon Hold in the Eastern Plaguelands.

His name may be a reference to Dr. Grimwig from the play and movie Oliver, or it may simply be that Blizzard made a compound word out of "Grim" - an adjective Blizzard often uses - and "wing" - a reference to his occupation as a flight master.
