Guard Captain Oakenshield^{[17.6, 55.9]}

is a lone soldier stationed at the border between Stoneplow and Stoneplow Fields in the Valley of the Four Winds. He is presumably an officer under the command of Loon Mai, and may be held in reserve should his comrades fail to keep the mantid at bay.
