Guardian of Icecrown is a crypt lord enemy which is summoned during the Kel'thuzad encountered in Naxxramas. These have tons of health, and extremely agile with the ability: Blood Tap. Which is a self buff that does +15% all damage, + 10% size and can stack up to 99 times, gain upon switching aggro target. These mobs will despawn when Kel'Thuzad dies. Can be shackled, but NOT frost nova'd and slowed. Only 3 targets can be shackled at one time, if a fourth shackle is cast, every shackle will break simultaneously. The Shackle animation nor does any animation scale with them, shackle and other abilities such as fireball, judgement, etc is usually 1/10th of their size, to make sure they are shackled just check their debuffs.
While they don't seem very threatening, tanking them this far into the encounter is unwise. Even if you had the people, the number of healers and tanks/dps you are removing from Kel'thuzad will lead to many problems and difficulties. The best bet is to shackle four and tank one. The Blood Tap ability will gradually make them a nuisance, like stated above Blood Tap is used everytime they switch targets. Fade and Divine Shield will do just that, normally these mobs will all be one target, so if they are all about to rush a priest, and that priest uses fade, all of them gain an extra +15% damage.
