Circle of Blame is a casual raiding guild on the Horde side of the US server Stormrage. Circle of Blame has been in business since pre-Burning Crusade, and formed as the merger of three prior Stormrage guilds: Horde Bloodspillers (GM: Xero), Seekers of the Cheese (GM: Stepp), and Instatiable (GM: Pursus).

Circle of Blame does not enforce raid attendance requirements, but provides opportunities for guild members to participate in 10-person and 25-person raids.
