Crit for Brains (c4b) is a World of Warcraft Guild on the Azuremyst EU realm. Crit for Brains have a mixed group of new and experienced players, and feel everyone should be given the opportunity to sample all the content Azeroth has to offer.
Even with such a relaxed approach, Crit for Brains have become one of the more successful guilds on the server, clearing all pre-nerf normal content since Naxxramas, with several hard-mode and heroic encounters along the way. Although considered a "casual" guild, Crit for Brains have an experienced, highly skilled and focused raid group at their core who take pride in sharing their vast knowledge of the game with casual members.
Progressive Raid Group : Wednesday and Monday 20:30 -> 12:00
Current Tier Social Group 1 : Wednesday / Monday 20:30 -> 12:00
Current Tier Social Group 2 : Thursday 20:30 -> 12:00
Current Tier Social Group 3 : Sunday Afternoon
Raid Achievement Group : Friday Evening 20:30 -> 12:00
Old Tier Alt / Farming Group : Sunday Evening 20:30 -> 12:00
Running so many groups allows Crit for Brains to ensure members who can only dedicate selected nights each week have the best possible opportunity for success in end game raiding with professional group leaders and skilled raiders.
Crit for Brains do not demand a minimum attendance, but will give priority to those accepting calendar invites early. Raiding just one or two nights a week is a very real possibility with C4B due to a large casual player base and high number of raid-ready alts.
Crit for Brains have 3 main ranks outside of officers and raid leaders ;
Social Member
Casual Raider
Full-Time Progressive Raider
Social Members are the heart of Crit for Brains and provide the guild with a unique social atmosphere. Casual members are not given priority for current tier raiding, however they are regularly invited to current tier casual and pre-tier raid groups. This gives them ample opportunity to prove their ability in a raiding environment.
Casual Raider ranks are offered to social members with a desire to learn, who have proven their ability to raid in ad-hoc groups. Casual raiders can also be ex-full-time members who no longer have the availability or current-tier experience for full-time progressive raider status.
Full-Time Progressive Raiders will always be given priority of invites and are judged based on their availability and constant effort to maximise their performance in raids.
