Detested, Scorned and Forsaken, Loathed and Abhorred. Shunned. Dreaded. We are the underbelly of the Alliance, the dark operatives willing to do what needs to be done. Willing to take care of business nobody else is suited for. Doing it our way.
We don't walk in the light, but in the shadows surrounding it. We are Despised. Don't hate us because we're as good as we are, just hate us because we're better than you.
The Despised....
Formed in December 2007 on the Duskwood (US) server, Despised is a guild that raids. Our goal is to provide a fun atmosphere and progress casually into end game content. Despised is more of a guild that raids than a raiding guild, though we successfully transitioned from 10-man to 25-man raid content shortly after the guild formed. Real life always comes first, and the guild is made up of mature, highly skilled players. Despised maintains a strong set of raiding policies, and has a very flexible loot rolling system that ensures even our most casual members will have fun and stay involved in the guild. Recent rapid growth and success in the 25-man raiding transition has left our recruitment to applications and referrals only.

Guild Management
This guild was formed by Krysi on the Duskwood server in December 2007. Officers in Despised are Aruhnw, Mograe, Nefran.
The functions of the Guild Master are managed by the GM Core (consisting of Krysi and Thadgard). The GM Core have been upholding the principles of Despised, as well as leading Despised thru new Progression Content.
Krysi, Healadin and Co-GM. A former adult film star (of such infamous machinima as "Sexxxtrubition Paladin"). Down on her luck and working every corner in the canal district of Stormwind, she woke up one day and found the light. She now uses her Holy healing ways to mend the lives of others and is an inspirational speaker in her spare time.
Thadgard, Tankadin and Co-GM. Went through life alone and found his way as an Outcast. It is rumored that he can sneeze with his eyes open and chews tinfoil for a snack.
Arunhw, Warrior Tank, Officer. So tough that he sweats bullets and can divide by zero. Has a 50 yard Fear Aura that nobody walks into without shaking. It's rumored that he made his money suing the Alliance military for calling their most recent war-machine "The Arun".
Mograe, Angry Little Dwarf Warrior, Officer. It's a good thing he's drunk all the time, he'd probably fail if he could walk straight. For breakfast, he eats nails and gravel covered in Thunder Ale. He shaves with a 2-handed axe and sleeps with a blankey. Punches babies.
Nefran, Hunter, Officer. It's rumored that Nefran doesn't use toilet paper to wipe, he uses TMoS. He's been known to shoot an arrow through a brick wall and has uncanny accuracy at point-blank range.

Guild Rules
Rather than being a Raiding Guild, Despised is a Guild that Raids. Despised does not have have the strict guidelines of most “Hardcore”, or even “Raiding” Guilds. However, Raiding is an entirely different aspect of the game that needs to have definitions and standards. Even Guilds that Raid need the discipline offered by rules in order to succeed.
Despised Raiders expected to perform at a higher level then most other players. They spearhead the Guild into new content, seeing it for the first time. We have no room for numerous and repetitive mistakes in order to succeed as a guild that raids.
