Dies Irae is a Swedish guild with focus on PvE with a semi-hard core approach. We value members that know their class to the fullest, always comes prepared to raids and have a friendly attitude.

Progress before the release of Wrath of the Lich King.
History
Dies Irae was started by a small group of ingame friends. The three played together in a guild called Divide et Imperia on Server:Shattered Hand Europe. When that guild disbandoned one went to Evokian and started to raid Black Temple and the other two leveled their alts. Once thoose two hit 70 in January 2008, the three got together again and formed Dies Irae the first of February and started of with Karazhan. 4½-5 month after forming Dies Irae, the guild cleared Black Temple (this was before the nerf). Before Wrath of the Lich King was released, Dies Irae managed to clear all bosses in Sunwell Plateau except for Kil'Jaeden. In the beginning of June 2009, Dies Irae disbanded due to two of the Guild Masters decided to go casual. As no officer, nor the Guild Master that didn't go casual, wanted to carry the responsibility, Dies Irae disbanded. Due to a high demand from former members, Dies Irae was put together again by the former officer Azurus (now playing on Polackntango), who now is the Guild Master of Dies Irae. Today, when this was written, over 50 % of the current members are former members of Dies Irae that missed both the social aspect of the guild and the fast progress, as well as being a guild with excellent players.
