Rough Raid Schedule
- Wednesday, 8:30 PM Server
- Thursday, 9:30 PM Server
- Sunday, 7:00 PM Server - Occasional raid extension night
The only "Official" raid nights are Tuesday and Thursday, although neither are mandatory. In addition to the official nights, all guild members are encouraged to set up additional raids with the guilds (so long as they do not interfere with the official raids scheduled for the week).
All Raids are organized on a first-come-first-served basis, limited only by the raid's needs (ie. Tanks, Healers, DPS). The guild does not believe in low gear being a basis to judge the player's effectiveness (to an extent) and therefore doesn't often base acquiring raid spots on a gear basis. However they do ask that you be considerate of the raid and it's progression. Should you feel as though you cannot keep up with the raid, it is expected that you own up to it, volunteer to step out, and then work on your DPS... If needed, with the guidance of the Class Leaders... after all, that's what they're there for.

History
Entropy Inc was established in 2007 by two busy college students (Aithneas & Nikolisanada) who found that upon entering the World of Warcraft, most if not all of the already existing Frostmane Guilds have already closed their recruitment to all but a select few. Also, should some of them open recruitment, the requirements were that where potenial recruits must already have T4 gear or above. Not only that, but the already existing successful guilds were "hard-core" and required too much time to be focused on WoW, Time which the two students did not have.
So it was that Entropy Inc was founded with the full intent of presenting an opportunity for the new, busy, and casual WoW players to enjoy the high-end content which most older guilds are and have been experiencing. Being guided by several RL friends who fall under the "hard-core" player categories and are members of highly competetive end-game guilds, it is the goal of Entropy Inc to grow and become a highly successful guild.
The guild rapidly grew to over 120 members at it's peak. Unfortunately, such growth in a short period of time took a toll on the guild and many of it's members began leaving. Aithneas, new to being a Guild Master, felt that it was in her member's best interest to move several of them into larger more established raiding guilds. Due to the experiences which Entropy had provided them, a handful of members found their place in the top guilds on the server. The bulk of Entropy's members moved into the guild "Fierce", and thus began the dark ages of Entropy.
Aithneas raided with several larger guilds and worked closely with their GM's absorbing information and gaining experience. A few months later, she decided it was time to start over and re-establish Entropy Inc. Armed with a greater knowledge and a wealth of experience with running guilds, she set out to re-build Entropy. Initially reaching out to the dearest former members of Entropy and asking if they would like to return. A great majority were more than willing.
Through the dedication, perseverance, and efforts of these amazing individuals, Entropy Inc reformed. Assisting each other with attunements, gear runs, arenas, and battlegrounds, the guild is close to returning to it's former glory. However, one thing differs: The bond which these individuals share and will share with future members is noticeably stronger than before.
In May 2008, the guild joined forces with Sinergy (Branch of the original Cynergy guild) to create a strong base for 25 man raids. Together, under the combined leadership of Sinfeeder and Aithneas, the guild is working it's way through end-game content.
Currently, Entropy Inc is focused on providing a friendly, entertaining, helpful, and slightly serious environment and network for the Horde's more casual players (AKA those with lives outside of WoW). Whilst allowing them to experience high level content along with the bond which progression in content and ranks brings.
As its members rise in the rankings and move through the end content, Entropy Inc will engage in PvP action, wiping-out the Alliance both in and around Azeroth and the Outlands. All along, aspiring to one day find it's place among Frostmane's many other end-game guilds.
