<Fail> is a guild on the Dark Iron server. Fail is a raiding guild that is unique among the top progression guilds on Dark Iron, in that it has a hardcore raiding base who are dedicated to seeing new content, and also a large base of people who are friends and family; casual players.

History
Fail's origins begin with The Crew, which was a split off from Djörk brought about by a desire to become a more raiding oriented guild. The Crew was plagued by attendance issues and after a few months of mediocre progression decided that drastic measures were called for. Dawn, another guild with similar problems, was approached with plans for a merger, and shortly thereafter the two became one. Fail was chosen as the new guild's name after about an hour of deliberation on ventrilo by both guilds. Over the next few months, the leadership of the guild changed hands multiple times, finally settling on a Feral Druid named Magls. Progression went very quickly, with five bosses in SSC and two in TK being downed in the first week.
Currently the guild is number 4 in progression on Dark Iron, and is working its way through Black Temple.
