General Information

Welcome to the Corps! The Horde Corps was formed January 5, 2008 by Lak'resha the Whitemane, Seraphus Blackwing, and Kaelgrim. It is the purpose of this organization to create equality within the Horde, defend its people, and eventually exterminate the Alliance.

  • Base of operations: Fray Island
  • Tabard: White old Horde symbol on a field of red with a black stone border.
  • Admission: Horde Corps accepts all races and classes. The Corps is a PVP/RP guild that values loyalty, maturity, hard work, and above all, a sense of humor, both in and out of game.
  • Perks: Though the guild itself is fairly new and has a low member count, it is growing quickly. All three of its leaders are level 70 with experience as Officers in prior guilds. They are perfectly willing to help you quest so long as they are not otherwise engaged. We have a tabard, three Guild Bank tabs and a Guild Portals website.

Guild Structure

The Corps believes that its leadership should be balanced, and that no one person should have full control at any given time. To that end, there are three leaders with equal responsibility and say in all guild matters, as well as a number of officers based on a fraction of the total number of enlisted soldiers. For a more specific breakdown, see the information section of the Horde Corps website.

Rules of the Corps

  • 1. Respect - You don't have to respect the person, but you will respect their rank and the authority that goes with it.
  • 2. Chain of Command - If you have a problem, you will bring it up to the very next rank above you that is online. If that person cannot solve the issue to your satisfaction, yourself and that person will bring it to the next rank above them. So on and so forth.

EX: A Black Guard brings a problem to an Enforcer. The Enforcer can't solve the issue, but there are no Masters online, so the Enforcer and Black Guard bring the problem to a Lieutenant, who solves it to the satisfaction of all parties.

  • 3. The Corps - The Corps comes first in all things, our allies come second, and all other members of the Horde come third. You will behave civily toward all members of the Horde until given a reason to do otherwise. The exception to this rule are those on the blacklist. These people and groups have proven themselves unworthy of being called Horde.
  • 4. The Enemy - The Alliance is our enemy. You will not consort with nor offer aid or comfort to any member of the Alliance.

Requirements

  • 1. Names - Members' character names must be within the standards laid down by Blizzard for all RP servers.
  • 2. PVP/RP - In order to join, you do not have to actively pursue either of these causes, but this will be the main focus for our guild. We ask only that you maintain an in character persona while speaking in the /say, /yell or /guild channels. All OOC (Out of Character) comments that you wish to make to the guild at large should be made in the guild's designated OOC channel.
  • 3. Maturity - We all like to have fun, and in fact, that's the whole point of playing a game such as this. However, there is a level of maturity involved in knowing when an action or topic has ceased to be -fun- or is causing another undue distress. The leaders of this guild reserve the right to demote or remove any member at any time that they fail to display this level of maturity.

To join, PST Lakresha, Seraphus or Kaelgrim on the WoW Feathermoon Server, Horde Faction. Let them know that you have already read this article and agree to the spirit of the rules laid out here for an instant invite.
