Play Dead was a druid 
[Cat Form] ability in early beta but was removed prior to release.
It acted exactly like 
[Feign Death], and was removed from the Druid class in beta patch 0.9, the same patch that introduced the hunter class, so it is speculated that this ability was merely a test of the threat-wipe mechanic, given to druids first as the intended class was not implemented yet.
