Overview
Killér Instinct was formed on Uldum, and is now located on Blade's Edge. It is dedicated towards end game instances, and only recruits people with experience.
Killér Instinct is a Hybrid (Friendly/Hardcore) raiding guild. This means that they raid 5 days a week (6 if you include the dwindling Karazhan run), but no pressure is placed on a player to raid (friendly). They encourage people to sign up for raids, and if a player does, then they are expected to show up ready and focused (hardcore). It may seem that this hybrid style of guild cannot work, but it does very well.

History
This guild was originaly formed in February of 2006 on Uldum as Killer Instinct, by Sanguinary and a group of friends. About August of 2006, After growing to a 20 man raid size they started attempting Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj and Zul'Gurub. At this time they also started looking at attempting Molten Core. They initially teamed with Renagade Heroes as Renagade Heroes was also below the 40 man thrieshold, and teaming seemed to be the best answer for both guilds. As word of Killer Instinct's quick progress got around the forums, recruitment increased dramitically and within a month (October) they had has sufficient players to begin attempting Molten Core as a guild.
Within 4 weeks of entering Molten Core as a guild they downed Ragnaros. 2 weeks later they had Molten Core on farm status. Before the TBC was released, they were thru the first boss of Blackwing Lair and were clearing Molten Core in 1 night.
Then came the release of The Burning Crusade. Many changes took place, with many 40 man guilds breaking up and many adjustments due to the new content. At this time Uldum was a highly populated server (queue times were insane), so the entire guild decided to move to a new server. Within one week over 100 accounts (over 300 characters) moved to Blade's Edge. Due to "technical difficulties" with guild creation, the Guild was renamed Killér Instinct.
Within 2 months of the release of Burning Crusade, the guild began to raid Karazhan. Since then they have placed Karazhan, Zul'Aman, Gruul's Lair, and Magtheridon's Lair on farm status. They are currently raiding Serpentshrine Cavern, Eye (Tempest Keep), and Mount Hyjal. They are preparing for Black Temple by clearing the trash there.

Guild Rules
- If The posted start time is 5 game time, be ready for the invite at 4:30. Being ready means being repaired, stocked on raid mats (candles, dust, teleportation runes, anks, ammo, potions/elixirs, food, ect).
- Its recommended that you start heading towards the raid location at invite time (usually 30 min prior to start). If you are not ready, you are not going to raid.
- Going AFK unannounced during the run is a sin. Keep in mind that due to trash mobs respawning you can cause the group to have to reclear. Going AFK without telling anyone is disrespectful to the rest of the raid and often can cause a wipe.
- If real life happens and you can't focus your attention on the run then step out of it. There will be other nights to raid, but if you cant pay full attention to the run then you are being disrespectful to the other people in the raid, who will end up having to pull not only their weight but yours as well.
- Do not show up flagged PvP. If the raid buffs you then they are flagged, also horde peeps like to attack those that port in. If you are comming in as a filler just announce that you have unflagged yourself and that it will soon go away.
- IF YOU SIGN UP THEN SHOW UP. Failure to comply will mean that you will be soon looking for a new guild. Signing up then not showing up, or logging in late means that others that thought you would be there that stops people from being ready and able to go because YOU SIGNED UP. If you can't make it then cancel your signup, post a note in your signup, or pst your class officer/raid leader.
- We use a DKP system for loot on 25+ man raids. Our dkp system is open bidding, so everyone knows that bidding is fairly applied.
