- Hellfire Citadel: Magtheridon's Lair - Obsolete content, sometimes raided on an off-day.
- Doom Lord Kazzak - Killed, sometimes killed as part of a PUG due to Patch 2.4's impact on the Throne of Kil'Jaeden.
- Doomwalker - Obsolete content, sometimes raided on an off-day.
- Zul'Aman - A group goes roughly every three days, and it all is on farm status. As with Karazhan, the groups are formed with no warning - the same loot rules apply. The guild has acquired several [Amani War Bear], going to members including: Hornedsimon, Nyarlathotep, Takitsu, Fustangiul, Krisso, Erolyn and Desortia.
- Coilfang Reservoir: Serpentshrine Cavern - Obsolete content, sometimes raided on an off-day.
- Tempest Keep: The Eye - Obsolete content, sometimes raided on an off-day.
- Black Temple - Fully cleared, farm raids run each week. The guild's first [Warglaive of Azzinoth] went to Fenchurch on 11/08/2008.
- Hyjal Summit - Fully cleared, farm raids run each week.
- Sunwell Plateau - Kalecgos & Sathrovarr the Corruptor down, Brutallus is the boss the guild is currently progressing on.

Raids

Sunday through to Thursday are "raid days", Friday and Saturday being days off where members are free to do what they like. Groups for Karazhan, Zul'Aman and "Heroics" are the main events, although recently Coilfang Reservoir: Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep: The Eye have been raided, for various reasons including helping new members get the

Criticism
Mutilate members have been involved in griefing around Azeroth and Draenor - for example, standing next to quest givers on the Isle of Quel'Danas, ganking PvP-flagged targets, and causing rival guilds, such as Russian Crusade to wipe on Doom Lord Kazzak by abusing his self-heal. The former is dismissed as mere crying, while the latter is taken very seriously within the guild.
