Alliance 32 No Surrender Edit

No Surrender is a Swedish PvE guild with focus on endgame raid content on the European Trollbane server.

History Edit

No surrender (NS) was originally a Battlefield 1942 clan, created in August 2002. The clan abandoned BF1942 for BF2 but as the interrest from the members were weak the clan slowly started to die. Soon the decision to make it a multi-game clan was made and to keep sticking together in different games. Members fought in different games in several guilds, such as Battle Marines of Chaos in the game Planetside where several NS members participated. In Starwars galaxies, people from NS started the guild Arx Astra, an international guild focused on casual gaming.

When the beta tests for World of Warcraft opened, many members joined in and when the game launched the guild was created by Eiji on Bloodscalp server. Slowly the guild started to grow and leadership shifted to Marvin (now known as Yidhra). More guilds merged in such as "Guild of Doom" and "The Black Rose". No Surrender started to focus on casual raiding and slowly started to work their way into Molten Core. When server transfer opened up NS jumped on the bandwagon and migrated from the Hungarian populated Bloodscalp to their new home Trollbane.

The guild has over time gone through several transformations, it has been more focused on hardcore-casual gaming with humane raiding time as most members have family and jobs to tend to. Right now the pace is high and the guild is quite popular due to the raiding times and the fact that they are all Swedes.

No Surrender today Edit

As an effect of the lowered player cap in the endgame dungeons of the expansion (The Burning Crusade), No Surrender decided to form two different raid groups within the boundaries of the guild. No Surrender now consists of No Surrender Core and No Surrender Casual. However, both raid groups still hail under the same guild tag. The names of the two raid groups pretty much explains it all. NS Core is the main raiding part of No Surrender while NS Casual resides to casual raiding once or twice per week.
