Order of Inner Light (OIL) was created at the launch of World of Warcraft, on the Sargeras PVP server, as a small guild of RL friends.
In December 2005, Order of Inner Light was reformed as an end game guild. The guild raids three days a week, Tuesday - Thursday, starting at 6:30 PM server time. Karazhan and Zul'Aman are sometimes run on weekends for alts and badges, but for the most part the gear is no longer needed by most members. Friday / Sunday night PUGS running anything from Gruul's Lair to Rage Winterchill are becoming a staple of OIL.
