Proxima Centauri is a guild formed after PLUR and ESUS merged. By doing so we formed a guild with enough skilled players to run the twenty-five man six times each week. Whilst we all play frequently, we have a mature attitude to the game and believe in having a good real life/wow balance, supporting members who have other responsibilities such as work or family.

History
This guild was originaly formed by a complete merge between ESUS and PLUR. Both guilds were facing the same problems. Having a too little amount of players to have at least three twenty-five man raids a week. After having a test run to Gruul's Lair we decided that there were no big hurdles to take seeing both skill and gear were at the same level. While having fun already with each other in that raid. After careful collaborations with each other we formed Proxima Centauri one week later

Guild Rules
- This is a semi-hardcore raiding guild as such every person who attends raids is expected to be able to come to at least 2 runs a week.
- If you are unable to make it for a week or more you must notify your class leader.
- All members are required to have pots as well enchanted/gemmed their gear according to what is required for their roll in the raid as well as being fully repaired.
- We use a DKP system for loot in the twenty-five man content.
