History

<Silence> was formed 25-09/07. Silence is a PvE guild. We are a small core of players that focus on quality over quantity. Our current raiding diet consists of only Mount Hyjal and Black Temple, with fewer raid-days than many other guilds, yet we still make the best of those days. The guild itself is an amalgamation of various old friends and comrades from almost 3 years at Ravencrest. From our formation some months ago, we have steadily progressed through Serpentshrine Cavern and The Eye, and now find ourselves eager to continue with the PvE content in front of us with a desire to be competing amongst the top guilds of Ravencrest.

Recruitment

• You must be 18+
• We want you to be enthusiastic in your raid participation, with a passion for your role.
• We want players who are skilled in their class, and adaptive to situations,who can listen to assignments and go above and beyond the call of duty.
• You should always have your bags stocked with potions, flasks, elixirs and buff-food in order to maximize your own contribution.
• You burning desire to defeat new bosses and to experience the content available.
• You should be a team player, making sure you put the team in front of yourself - for in the long run you know that is what gives best gain.
• You must have 90% raid attendance, and we require you to raid on the following times:

- Thursdays: 19:00-> 23:00 CET (note CET = server time) - Sundays: 15:00 -> 23:00 CET (with 1 hour food break) - Monday: 19:00-> 23:00 CET

• You should always be ready at the designated raid destination 30 minutes before the raid time commences.
• You must be willing to stay an extra 30 minutes after raid's end time on the days we deem it necessary.
