About TBC
The Black Company is a guild on the Whisperwind server.
TBC was a 40 man raiding guild that disbanded around Augiust of 2006 and reformed into Dreams of Steel. DoS has since disbanded, and TBC is back as a much smaller guild with the same leadership in the expansion. TBC also has at least 2 "splinter" guilds composed largely of former members: Fulcrum and Epitaph.

Notable Moments
The Black Company was never a guild that killed world-firsts or even server-firsts because many of the players were casual. But they did pride themselves on extremely speedy kills of bosses that typically gave other first-generation guilds (i.e., guilds composed of members that had never been any farther in the game than that guild had) lots of trouble.
